Diffusing Goobs are a rare variety of Goobs appearing in ScareScraper mode in Luigi's Mansion 3, added in the version 1.4.0 update. They are orange, glowing Goobs that summon large amounts of Mini Goobs. They have 250 HP, more than double that of regular Goobs. They are captured the same way as normal Goobs.
Diffusing Hammers, a rare variety of Hammers were also added in version 1.4.0.
