A Wario Virus is an entity appearing exclusively in WarioWare: Touched!.

During the prologue of Wario-Man's story, Wario becomes very ill and grabs Nasty Garlic from his refrigerator, believing it is regular garlic that will cure him. However, it instead creates Awful Viruses inside Wario's body, invading his cells, appearing as purple and garlic-shaped.
