Thigh Fishing is one of Young Cricket and Master Mantis' microgames in WarioWare: Move It! Its name is a pun on "fly fishing."

Gameplay[edit]

The player controls an anthropomorphic cat and must catch fish that fly underneath it with its thighs. If successful, the cat looks at the player and smiles while the white cat cheers. Catching the fish too early results in it bumping into the cat and falling back into the water, but it does not count as a failure.

  • Level 1: The player must catch a large fish. The level is set in the day.
  • Level 2: The player must catch a smaller fish. The level is set during sunset.
  • Level 3: The player must catch even smaller fish that swim quickly. The level is set at night.

In multiplayer, each difficulty is a level higher than their single-player counterpart. In Level 3, the players must catch an eel that is roughly the same length as the fish in single-player Level 1, but is slippery and can slide through the legs if caught by one player. Both players must squeeze the eel to catch it.
