Calm is one of Princess Peach's vibes in Super Princess Peach. It is activated by touching the green Heart Panel. When activated, it will gradually restore Peach's HP. Peach can move around normally while the vibe is in effect. The process stops when she reaches her maximum HP, depletes the Vibe Gauge, or is attacked by an enemy. The vibe cannot be activated when Peach is at full health. Also, the music speeds up two times faster when Peach uses this vibe.

Some enemies, like Lakitus, Chain Chomps, Hammer Bros., A. F. H. Bros., Cannons, Fishing Boos, and Volcano Plants, are affected by this vibe, but they are mainly put to sleep, allowing Peach to sneak around and/or ambush them, but will wake up if Peach runs near them. Gooper Blooper and Bowser also use Calm when they go down to 1 HP. They put a shield around them and rest, which makes them restore HP. Peach can stop the shield by using Rage or a Joy cyclone against it.
