Porky Minch

Porky and a Porky Bot.

Porky Minch, otherwise known as The Pig King and Pokey Minch in earlier appearances, is a character from the MOTHER series, known as EarthBound in America. He was a major character in EarthBound, known as MOTHER 2 in Japan, and is the main antagonist in MOTHER 3. Porky appears as a boss in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. In the Subspace Emissary he fights Ness and Lucas and later appears in The Great Maze. His theme was first revealed in the Smash Bros. Dojo. Porky (the kid) makes an appearance in the background of the New Pork City stage; his theme is also playable in New Pork City. His statue is also seen in the background, as well.

Role in Subspace Emissary

Template:Spoiler When Lucas was walking alone in the ruined zoo, a giant statue of Porky Minch appears chasing him through the zoo, attempting to crush Lucas. At the end of the scene, Lucas was about to be crushed until Ness came and destroyed the statue first using PK Thunder then using PK Flash. It revealed a spider-like machine that had Porky inside it, and the boys battled him. Ness and Lucas defeated Porky and destroyed the machine. Template:Endspoiler

Trophy Information

A self-centered, rotten brat who lives next door to Ness. As the events of the game progress, he's rapidly led astray and becomes Giygas's right-hand man. Afterward, he goes missing in time and then reappears in the Nowhere Islands of Mother 3. He leads the Pig Mask Army invasion but is eventually defeated by Lucas and friends.
