Super Mario Galaxy trading card
Bowser's evil minion, Kamek, is a powerful wizard who will do anything to please his master. After Bowser hoisted Peach's entire castle out of the ground in a massive laser attack, Mario clung on to the castle walls trying to save her. Kamek saw this and cast a spell on Mario that sent him floating out into the universe.

Kamek | Everyone knows this mental mage is one of Bowser's harshest henchman! He surely gets Bowser in and out of lots of trouble. What an MVP! | Win 32000 MP Points.
Kamek's Quill | Feather pens are the best! So Kamek thinks, at least. He uses one to jot down the day's nefarious notes in his dastardly diary. | Play on the Kamek's Library board.
Kamek's Inkwell | Kamek writes with magical ink that only the writer can see. Pretty useful for diaries. He squeezed the ink from a Blooper, which is a little yucky. | Place first on the Kamek's Library board.
Kamek's Bottle | What might the liquid in Kamek's bottle be? Ah, it has the potent power to replenish fluids lost during exercise! So...that would make it a sports drink? | Break 500 points in Block Star.
Kamek's Watch | This old pocket watch is Kamek's favorite because it's also a stopwatch. Odd, because Kamek can guess precisely when 30 seconds pass on his own. | Place first in Step It Up four times.
Kamek's Telescope | This is Kamek's magical telescope. It makes farther-than-far things look near. Sometimes they seem so near that he doesn't know what they are! | Place first in Rocket Rascals four times.
Kamek's Bookcase | Kamek's bookcase is full of difficult books about magic, neatly arranged from A to Z starting in the upper left. He's more organized than you'd think! | Place first in Battle Cup four times.
Kamek's Frame | Kamek is self-conscious about photos of himself, so he cursed this frame to make its glass always dusty. Kamek has a panic attack when it's dusted off. | Dust off the picture frame on the Kamek's Library board three times.
Kamek's Warp Book | Kamek happened upon this magic book in a bookstore. it turned out to have space-warping properties. Guess that was a really good buy, then! | Get warped on the Kamek's Library board.
Kamek's Domino Books | Knock these books over, and they'll stand up on their own again. That's some great magic. Kamek bought this with the Warp Book. Good bookstore, eh? | Place first in Score Scuffle four times
Kamek's Star Globe | This globe shows the position of stars in the sky, but Kamek uses it as a piggy bank for some reason. So those coins you get from it? They're Kamek's. | Place first on the Kamek's Library board after earning the Kamek Rival badge
Kamek's Crystal Ball | Ah, an orb of oracular ocularity! In short, this ball sees all. Well, not everything. Which is good, given it belongs to nasty Kamek. | Get hit by Kamek's magic on the Kamek's Library board two times.
Winner's Pen | This pen is your first trophy of victory over Kamek. Now if you could only get into the pages of Kamek Hunter Weekly! | Win the minigame Book Bash.
Enchanted Bookcase | Claiming a whole bookcase means you're accumulating Kamek-hunting skill! A word to the wise: when searching for magic books, take a whole bookcase! | Win the minigame Book Bash twice.
Kamek's Brown Book | You're an excellent Kamek hunter to recover this brown book that helped you battle Kamek. Just the sight of this book should make Kamek quiver! | Win the minigame Book Bash three times.
Kamek's Blue Dictionary | You must be a special Kamek hunter if you claimed the dictionary that KO'd Kamek! Surely, Kamek will want to look up the word "surrender" next time! | Win the minigame Book Bash four times.
Beaten Kamek | Capturing Kamek makes you the best Kamek hunter of all time! From now on, Kamek is merely a sputtering spellcaster to you! | Win the minigame Book Bash five times.

Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U
In Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, Kamek's trophy states that when he appears in the Mushroom Kingdom U stage, he might tease the player(s) by not casting any magic at all. This is not true, as every time he appears, he will cast the spell that activates the stage transition. Additionally, his trophy also states that he appeared in Super Mario World. While the Magikoopa species did first appear in the game, Kamek didn't make his appearance until Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island.

Kamek is a magic-wielding, robed figure usually seen riding on a broomstick in the Mario series. He teleports around the stage, looking for fighters. When he finds one, he'll cast spells at them. If he hits you with one, your stats will drop. That's no good, since you'll need some power to deal with Kamek's high stamina! | Kamek is a magic-wielding, robed figure usually seen riding on a broomstick in the Mario series. This magical menace is one of Bowser's henchmen and shows his face in plenty of titles, even outside of the Mario series. In the Mushroom Kingdom U stage, he swoops onto the screen every so often to transform the stage with his magic. Now and then, though, he'll tease you by not casting any magic at all. He's a sly one, that Kamek. |

Who's Your Mushroom Kingdom BFF?
- Kamek is an awfully sneaky Magikoopa. But if you get to take a ride on his broom, who cares?
Nintendo Switch News app
Let's conjure up some games with the infamous Magikoopa.
Say hi to the master of magical mischief: Kamek!
The ever-loyal adviser to Bowser, Kamek truly soars above his job description (because, ya know, he can fly on his broom). In addition to being one of Bowser's head minions, Kamek has also been a babysitter, shopkeeper, and occasional ally to Mario. That last one doesn't happen too often, though!
