The Ukiki Capsule makes its only appearance in Mario Party 5, where it can be thrown to a space on the board, or used on the player for ten coins. Whoever lands on a space containing that capsule summons Ukiki, who is hanging on a vine. The player uses a roulette wheel to decide who Ukiki should attack. Ukiki then comes to the chosen rival and ambushes him or her, stealing all their Capsules, and using them on the board on random spaces. If the player chosen has a capsule that cannot be thrown, such as a Miracle Capsule, the space that capsule lands on will have no effect, whether it had a capsule event on it or not.
