Fly Children[1] are miniature fly obstacles that appear in the Mario Paint minigame, Gnat Attack. They are spawned from Fly Parents and King Watinga. Unlike other flies, they do not count towards the stage goal and merely serve as projectiles to be avoided. They immediately aim themselves towards the hand, which the player must swerve out of the way.
