Stone of Destiny is the seventy-seventh course in the Story Mode of Super Mario Maker 2. It is set in the ghost house theme and in the Super Mario Bros. 3 style. It is posted by The Gamemaster, and has a difficulty rating of 4/4 stars. This is the only numbered job to feature the Stone.

Layout

The level begins with a Warp Pipe leading to a Stone and four Warp Doors.

The first Warp Door from the left leads to an area with Conveyor Belts and Bullet Bills. Mario must first hit an ON/OFF Switch at the higher Conveyor Belt, then throw the Stone on the lower Conveyor Belt to block the Bill Blaster and thus allow Mario to reach the area's Key.

The second Warp Door from the left leads to an area with Big Koopa Troopas. Mario must place the Stone down on the lower level, then kick one of the Big Koopa Troopas to have it rebound and collect the area's Key.

The third Warp Door from the left leads to an area with a Big Thwomp. Mario must place the Stone on some Note Blocks to make the Big Thwomp rise higher up and break some Hard Blocks containing the area's Key.

The fourth Warp Door from the left leads to an area with a Swinging Claw on a track. Mario must place the Stone in the grasp of the Swinging Claw, then jump on top of the Stone to reach the area's Key.

Once Mario has all four Keys, he must carry the Stone and go through each Key Door to the goal.
