Why is this item a separate thing from the normal [[Watermelon]] page? The newer games refer to it as just a watermelon while the older name was just a generic "color + species" trope that the greater Mario franchise has used for pallet swaps, and ''this isn't even a pallet swap''; it's literally the same color as a normal watermelon. I can see the Special Green Watermelon being split but I feel like the rest can easily be merged to the normal watermelon page. Name?

The SMW2Items template simply refers to these as Watermelons, not Green Watermelons. Which one is the correct name? (And why is the image in this article from Yoshi's Story?)--vellidragon 18:34, 25 February 2010 (EST)

The manual refers to them as "Green Watermelons". And I agree with you, while the image does show a green watermelon, it's not the thing the article is about. I'm removing it. Time Questions 05:35, 26 February 2010 (EST)

I agree with this. BabyLuigiFire.pngRay Trace(T|C) 17:18, June 5, 2022 (EDT)
