World 7-6 is the sixth level of World 7 in New Super Mario Bros. Wii. This level can only be accessed after the player finds the secret exit in Template:World-link. In this autoscrolling level, there are Para-Beetles and Heavy Para-Beetles, and the level has no midway point. Clearing the level creates a path leading directly to World 7-Castle, as well as a second path that leads into the castle, in a room near the boss door.

Block contains either a Super Mushroom or a Fire Flower depending on the player's form. More Para-Beetles and some Heavy Para-Beetles are found, and a brick contains a single Yoshi is behind a cloud. Star Coins
- Star Coin 1: The first Star Coin is in the cloudy area with no ground and several Para-Beetles and Heavy Para-Beetles. There is a line of coins above it that match the descent path of a Heavy Para-Beetle, so Mario and co. must jump on the approaching one at the right time to fly into it.
- Star Coin 2: The second Star Coin is not long after the first one and must be obtained by jumping on a Para-Beetle at the right time.
- Star Coin 3: The third Star Coin is at the end of the long row of Heavy Para-Beetles. Mario and co. must jump on one of the Heavy Para-Beetles at the right time so that it will descend to the Star Coin.
