Let's make this clear: Wario is not Mario's evil twin. Wario was once Mario's childhood friend. Many were the afternoons that they unplugged culverts together on the way home from school. But Wario became jealous of Mario, both for his skills on a plunger and his dashing good looks. Now that he has usurped Mario's castle, Wario feels he might get a little respect, and maybe an honorary degree in Plumbing Sciences.

The castles built in Wario Land vary in price, so you can try to build various castles by frequenting Wario Land. There is also "Wario's Woods," a puzzle game in which Wario is the main character!
