The Comet Piece is a scrap found in Paper Mario: Sticker Star. Mario is required to retrieve it to restore the real Comet Piece in Water's Edge Way, which was paperized by Kamek.
Once it is retrieved via removing the faucet and traveling to the aquifer underneath, Mario must go back to the spot where the Comet Piece was and paperize it back into place, allowing him to collect it normally.
