Penny's Song is a song that plays during Penny's Mix in WarioWare: Get It Together!. It is heavily associated with Penny herself, and is the only song in the game with lyrics. The song can also be heard in Penny's gallery after unlocking at least one of her pieces of artwork. If the player fails at a microgame in Penny's Mix, the music distorts while alternate lyrics corresponding to the failure replace the original lyrics, such as "With missteps on the way" as opposed to "With inventions she made", similarly to Falling Off Tomorrow Hill in WarioWare: Smooth Moves. The length of the timer, when playing Penny's Mix, depends on where the song is before the success or failure of a microgame, and the timer counts down to the beat of the music. Unlike other stages, the timer stays in beat with the song during the stage instead of ending soon after a microgame is won or lost.

On November 15, 2021, a Spanish version of Penny's song was released on Nintendo's YouTube channel, making it the first WarioWare song with lyrics to be translated in languages other than English or Japanese.
