Sprite of Sergeant Houndstooth in Wario: Master of Disguise

Sergeant Houndstooths are security guards that appear only in the Smithsnorian Museum level of Wario: Master of Disguise. In this level, they are only encountered when a Nigel B. Whistlebottom summons one (along with an Officer Kicksworth). Sergeant Houndstooths themselves do not attack; instead, they command Daves to attack Wario. The enemy listings for Wario: Master of Disguise say that he is not actually obese, and his size comes from him filling his uniform full with candy. That explains why the Daves are usually seen with him. They can be knocked out with a few stomps. He can push Wario back by rolling into him.

In-game description

This snack-loving guard isn't fat... he just fills his uniform to bursting with candy of all shapes and sizes. That's why the dog loves him.
