Rulers are stick blocks that are found in Donkey Kong 64. Like most toy enemies, they are only found in Frantic Factory. These enemies are not found conventionally. They can only be encountered in the Toy Monster's area, and therefore can only be fought by Chunky Kong. They have no means of attack other than approaching Chunky and touching him. They have several shapes in their bodies, which are: a green triangle, a blue rectangle, a red star, and a purple circle. They are weak and easily defeated.
