Effect | Increases Wario's maximum health. |
A Vita Mighty is an item found in Wario: Master of Disguise. Whenever Wario obtains one, his maximum health increases by one heart. They are found inside green treasure chests, being the only item green chests contain aside from Guise Gems and Mastery Gems. Obtaining one requires the player to win a game of Color Me Happy. The item is depicted in the minigame as an orange bottle with a blue cap, a yellow vertical stripe, and a light blue label with a pink "V" on it.
There are five Vita Mighties in the game. They are found in the S.S. Caviar (second episode), Sneezemore Cave, Poobah the Pharaoh's Pyramid, Sweatmore Peak, and Carpaccio's Lab. The ones in later areas require more of the bottle to be colored in than the earlier ones.
