Each track that the player races on is chosen in a random order, though always starting with Luigi Circuit and always ending with Rainbow Road.

Completing the All-Cup Tour in 150cc unlocks Mirror Mode. Beating the All-Cup Tour in Mirror Mode unlocks the Parade Kart.

Other games

In Mario Kart DS, Mario Kart Wii, Mario Kart 8, and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, one can mimic the properties of the All-Cup Tour in VS mode by setting the course selection to Random and the number of races to 32 (48 in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe).
