- During the Nintendo Direct on September 13, 2018, New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe (pictured) was announced, and will be released on January 11, 2019. Luigi's Mansion 3 was also announced, and will release in 2019. The Yoshi game for Switch was named Yoshi's Crafted World and will release in spring 2019. Additionally, Nintendo announced new information on Super Mario Party, the Luigi's Mansion remake for 3DS, and Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr.'s Journey; the latter will launch on January 11, 2019. Isabelle was also revealed to be a playable fighter in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
