The difference from the original games is that the graphics are improved, the music is remixed and there is a Vs. Computer mode. In ''Dr. Mario'', the Player goes up against the Blue, Yellow and Red [[Virus]]es in the difficulties easy, medium and hard respectively. Aside from that, the game play remains the same.

It contains the popular puzzle game Tetris, a remade version of Dr. Mario, and a "Mixed Match" mode where the player plays against another player where they have to play Tetris mode B then Dr. Mario and finally Tetris mode A. The game also won a Player's Choice award.
