Bear Coins are silver coins with an imprint of a bear brother that has appeared in Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble! and Donkey Kong Land III. Bear Coins are found in abundant quantities across the various levels of the Northern Kremisphere. These coins are needed to compete in Swanky's Sideshow. Bear Coins can also be used to buy items from the Brothers Bear, notably items from Bazaar's General Store. The coin is used for similar purposes in Donkey Kong Land III, used to buy items from Bear's Sheepy Shop.
Trivia
- Bear Coins are the rough equivalent of Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest's Banana Coins, as both are common coins used to purchase services.
