The Samus Doll in the toy store display as seen in Mario vs. Wario: The Birthday Bash.
The Samus Doll is a toy that resembles Samus Aran. It first appears in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars, where it is found in Booster's toybox on the top floor of Booster Tower.
Princess Toadstool sees it in a toy store later in Mario vs. Wario: The Birthday Bash and expresses that it is cute. With her birthday arriving, Mario and Wario both aim to give the princess the doll, using trickery to get ahead of one another. However, Luigi buys the doll first. Their devices against one another backfire, almost ruining the princess's birthday. Luigi saves the day by presenting the Samus Doll to Princess Toadstool, who exclaims that it is exactly what she wants, while giving Luigi a kiss on the cheek.
