The Mad Hat Mk. I is a Cannoli's UFO in Wario: Master of Disguise. It is hard to balance, however Cannoli uses this machine in a boss fight against Wario at the top of the S.S. Caviar. At the top of this UFO is an electric crystal ball that Cosmic Wario must shoot. After he shoots it, Mad Hat Mk. I will fall down and make Cannoli dizzy. Wario must turn back into Thief Wario and tackle Cannoli. The villain attacks in this machine by throwing bombs down onto the ground.
An upgraded version called the Mad Hat Mk. II appears on the second episode in the game. Another upgraded version called the Mad Hat Mk. III appears (as a mini boss) on the ninth episode in the game.
