A Golden Banana.

Golden Bananas are large shiny bananas that are found throughout the Donkey Kong series.

The first appearance of Golden Bananas was in the game Donkey Kong Country. Here Donkey Kong's giant hoard of Golden Bananas ends up getting stolen by the Kremling Krew and he and his nephew Diddy set out to reclaim them. Golden Bananas can be seen in the backround of every boss battle in the game; also whenever the Kongs defeat a boss a Golden Banana will fall from the ceiling of the room they are in.

In Donkey Kong Land, Donkey Kong's Golden Bananas are once again stolen by the Kremling Krew and he and Diddy set out after them once again.

In the games Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest and Donkey Kong Land 2 several Golden Bananas can be seen in the backround onboard the Flying Krock.

The main plot of Donkey Kong 64 centers around Donkey Kong and his allies trying to reclaim their Golden Bananas from the evil King K. Rool. In this game whenever a Kong collects a Golden Banana a voice will say either "Ohhhh, Banana" or "Donk, Donk, Donkey Kong!".
