Template:Newsubject Template:Racecourse Neo Bowser City [1] is the third course of the Star Cup in Mario Kart 7.[2] It is a neon lit city themed course owned by Bowser. Neon signs are everywhere and Bowser's signature emblem can be seen in various places. This is the first Bowser themed course that isn't his castle (if DS Airship Fortress is not counted).
