- What are you talking about, no it's not! Why in any way would it be mean? It's helping the Wiki either way, and it's making no difference and ANYONE has the freedom to make articles of passed proposals, so you're talking a load of rubbish.

- Everyone is part of this Wiki. If it's on a proposal, anyone can make it. If anything, the proposer (and you) should be grateful for what Reddragon19k.
