Everyone is part of this Wiki. If it's on a proposal, anyone can make it. If anything, the proposer (and you) should be grateful for what Reddragon19k did. Anyone can create this page, so it's anything BUT mean. It doesn't matter who makes it, or if it's 'mean', it helps the Wiki either way. Seriously, there's nothing wrong with this. Guess what? I made the proposal, and I don't care who made the article. All I care is that the article was created.
