This template is placed on an article when it is actively being worked on.
The template pertains to articles by default; to make it about a specific section instead, add a section=yes parameter. A time variable can be added to the template to replace "as soon as possible", e.g. {{construction|in two weeks}} or {{construction|by September 28}}.
If the article is being worked on by one or more specific users, a user variable can be added with the appropriate username(s), preferably with {{user}} so the talk page link is visible in case others wish to contact them, e.g. {{construction|user={{user|Username1}} and {{user|Username2}}}}.
