Like Warudeijī from the same volume of the Kodansha adaptation of Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins, it's an evil alter ego of an existing character. I'm using the same argument as the one from my Warudeijī proposal, this character should see a split since Bowser's alter egos from the same manga series have separate articles from Bowser. They have the same Japanese name as Waluigi (even the exact same characters), so their name should likely be Waluigi (X), but I'll put an option for splitting as Waruīji if some think that's too speculative.

Do we actually use nested parentheses in identifiers? I think the second option should be "Waluigi (Super Mario Kodansha manga)" rather than "Waluigi (Super Mario (Kodansha manga))", just like we have "Star (Mario Party series)" rather than "Star (Mario Party (series))". - When I created the Goro-chan page, I just named it "Goro (KC Mario)". It's still standing with no problems. Just call this Waluigi as "Waluigi (KC Mario)"
