Its usage must be accompanied by a talk page discussion (which should not be tagged with {{talk}}). This discussion should lead to either 1) action being taken if there is unanimous support, 2) the tag removed and settled by talk page proposal, or 3) the tag removed and the suggestion abandoned if there is major opposition. Tagged pages are added to Category:Pages requested to be deleted.
