The Perfect Infiltration is a stage in Princess Peach: Showtime!, located on the left in the second floor of the Sparkle Theater. This stage is unlocked after clearing all of 1F. It is the first stage where the Dashing Thief transformation is introduced.

The stage begins with Princess Peach and Stella arriving at a city, noticing some Theets cowering in fear. They explain that the Sour Bunch has caused trouble as of late, and a while later, Peach arrives just in time to see a bank getting cleaned out by Sour Thieves, which then carry the loot to their high-security hideout.

Dashing Thief Peach's introduction

In the next area, there are robots preventing the Theets and the police officer from proceeding to reclaim the treasure. Peach can choose to obtain a Sparkle Gem behind the crate. The direct path being no use, Peach must use the power of Sparkle on a projector downstairs of the plaza to disable the guard robots, allowing her to proceed. There is a Theet agent who states he is stuck on the recon. Peach must jump on the crates to talk to the agent. He took notice that she slipped pass by the robot guards, so he escorts Peach to their secret hideout, seeing her fit for the job. The agents welcome her to their "secret society". Peach can use the Sparkle to activate the devices to access the Dashing Thief Sparkle, then transform into Dashing Thief Peach. After the transformation, the agents activate the drones. An agent tells Peach to infiltrate the Sour Thieves' building and they "will support [her] along the way" with the drones. Dashing Thief Peach must use the grappling hook to activate the crane and slide from the crane. As Peach walks on the building, a platform falls; Peach can use the grappling hook to grab onto the drone and swing across. Peach must press the button with her grappling hook to prevent the spotlights detecting her as she moves down the building. There is a Sparkle Gem on the east of the building.

Entering the building, the screen will pan to Sour Thieves drones placing the stolen treasure inside cages. Peach must disable the lock to open a hatch that allows her to slide down the pole and progress to the next area. In the next area, Peach must stand on top of the cage, then jump on the platform to progress. If Peach chooses to head east and not grapple the drone, she can find a hidden spotlight leading to a sub-area of coins. On the platform above where the conveyor belt ends, Peach must jump onto the yellow platform and grapple on a red drone and activate the switch that allows her to access the vent where she can attack the drone to progress her path; a Sparkle Gem is on the path. After exiting the vent, she can move to the next section.

In the next section, the laser beams prevent Peach from progressing. Peach must disable the lock while result the laser beams to deactivate temporarily. If Peach chooses to grapple the drone, she can obtain the Sparkle Gem while running on the falling platforms. Peach can choose to go down the lower part of the section and pose under a hidden spotlight and obtain a Sparkle Gem.

In the next section, Peach must slide down the pole and grab onto the drone to deactivate the switch with her grappling hook to enter the area with the stolen treasure.

In the next area, there are two robot guards guarding the safe. Peach must avoid the robot guards while finding the lock to open the safe. Meanwhile, Peach can choose to collect the shards to obtain a Sparkle Gem. After unlocking the safe, the safe will open and push the robot guards off-screen, allowing her to collect the stolen treasure. Afterwards, the robot guards will chase after her. Escaping the building, the agents set drones to let her climb to the top of the building to escape. Meanwhile, the robots will activate the lasers which will force Peach to move quickly up to the top of the building; she is automatically rewarded a Sparkle Gem.

Outside the building, Peach will use the glider to escape; she must avoid the drones. While gliding there is the final Sparkle Gem that Peach can obtain. After making her escape, the level is complete.
