The Wonder Hoppin, also called the expert,[1] is an orange Hoppycat that can jump extremely high found in The Midway Trial: Hop to It in Super Mario Bros. Wonder. The Wonder Hoppin is colored orange as a result of rigorous training.[2] The Wonder Flower drops when it is defeated, and collecting it turns the characters into Hoppycats, though this form is different from the enemy Hoppycats in that it can leap incredibly high into the air, comparable to the Wonder Hoppin's jump height.
An unused variant of the Wonder Hoppin that reuses the same model is present in the game's files. Unlike the Wonder Hoppin's jump height, this variant's jump height is the same as the one of a normal Hoppycat.[3]
