This template is used for interwiki linking. The first parameter is the interwiki prefix and the second parameter is the page title. An optional id parameter can be used to add an identifier to the interwiki link (but not the link text), and an optional third parameter can be used to change the link text.
It should not be used in headings since doing so breaks the automatic section link in the edit summary; use the following format instead: [[iwprefix:Page title|Display text]]
For Wikipedia, use the {{wp}} template instead. For FANDOM wikis, use the {{fandom}} template.
