Bullies appeared in Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time. While they have the same mannerisms, these Bullies look dramatically different than their Super Mario 64 counterparts. Instead of a black sphere with green feet, this type of Bully resembles an actual bull’s head attached to two shoes. However, these Bullies also attack just like their Super Mario 64 counterparts. In battle, a Bully will charge at Mario or Luigi, running off-screen then returning for a second attack. This attack can be easily Jumped over. However, if a Bully is attacked, it will become angry and start flashing. Additionally, the enraged Bully’s attack power and running speed will increase. The more a Bully is attacked, the stronger and faster it becomes. As such, a Bully’s charge attack becomes increasingly harder and harder to dodge. During the events of the game, Bullies lived inside Yoob’s stomach.

Bullies are enemies which appear in Yoob's Belly in Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time. They resemble a bull's head attached to two shoes. In battle, a Bully charges at Mario or Luigi, running off-screen, then returning for a second attack. This attack can be Jumped over. However, if a Bully is attacked, it becomes angry. Additionally, the enraged Bully's attack power and running speed increases. The more a Bully is attacked, the stronger and faster it becomes. It goes through three phases, and on the third one, it goes very fast and gets a POW-Up. The effects of an Ice Flower "cools" a Bully down and returns it to its normal state.
