On the Challenge Road, this is the fourth challenge of [[Mushroom Beach]] and the 25th challenge overall. The rival team of two players has four extra allies (split into three per side) to help them. Rowboat Uprising is a Team minigame appearing in Super Mario Party. The minigame's title is a pun on "robot uprising," a trope in science fiction works where robots revolt against their creators and/or users.

Introduction[edit]

Both teams are in boats at the starting line. There is a countdown starting from three, and after "Go!" the minigame starts.

Gameplay[edit]

The teams must row their way to the finish line while avoiding a few buoys and a mechanical Cheep Cheep at the end. The first team to get through the finish line wins, and the entire boat must get through the finish line in order to count.

On Challenge Road, this is the fourth challenge of Mushroom Beach and the 25th challenge overall. The rival team of two players has four extra allies (split into three per side) to help them. In the normal challenge, the player team also has four allies (split into three per side as well), but in the Master Challenge, the player has no allies and their partner has two, making an uneven one-three split.

Controls[edit]

  • Joy-Con – Paddle

In-game text[edit]

  • Row around the obstacles to the finish line!
  • If you have a lopsided number of paddlers, consider the balance carefully!
