Begone, Rotten Mushroom! is the twenty-ninth course in the Story Mode of Super Mario Maker 2. It is set at night in the ground theme and in the Super Mario World style. It is posted by World-Renowned Chef, and has a difficulty rating of 3/4 stars.
Layout[edit]
The level begins with a simple area with Hard Blocks, which is where the Rotten Mushroom begins chasing Mario. The next segment involves a few pits with Spike Traps, and the next segment features an area with some Mushroom Platforms, along with some Note Blocks to allow the Rotten Mushroom to cross them. Afterwards, a segment with two rows of Flimsy Lifts follows, which then delves into a final segment with Seesaws. The Giant Gate then follows.
Description[edit]
"I bought some mushrooms for a new recipe, but I left them in the car and now they're rotten. Rotten and vengeful. You're going to have to outrun them if you want the reward."
