Uploads Hello, Scarlet Pairo. Good job on your recent uploads, but when uploading files, keep in mind that you must correctly categorize the file. It's simple to learn how to do so. Just search for the correct category by starting with the following groups: Images Audio/video files Company images Film images Game images Merchandise images Publication images System images Television series images Website images Company media files Film media files Game media files Merchandise media files Publication media files System media files Television series media files Website media files When uploading, copy the full title of the category and insert it in square brackets into the summary text box below the {{aboutfile}} template, replacing the {{uncategorized}} template entirely. If you're using the upload function from the text editor, simply add the category link to the description. For example, files related to the game Super Mario World would use: [[Category:Super Mario World images]] or [[Category:Super Mario World media files]] Please consider the above information before uploading more files. Keep in mind that some files can belong to multiple categories. Do not put images into the media files category, or vice versa. When uploading, select the license from the drop-down box below the summary text box, or add the license manually after uploading or if you're using the upload function from the text editor. For example, artwork of Mario would use {{character-artwork}}. Please consider the above information before uploading more files. Don't include multiple copyright templates; choose the one that you feel best fits the file. If you continue uploading files without applying the correct license, then a warning will be issued. Once your signature page has been created, go to your preferences, type {{User:Scarlet Pairo/sig}} in the signature field with "Treat signature as wikitext" checkbox checked and save, then whenever you sign with ~~~~, your signature page will be transcluded. The reason I ask is because it doesn't follow any of the correct proposal formatting (which you can find on MarioWiki:Proposals), along with a Neutral option which doesn't really work in a proposal (either something is done by the end or not, there's no reason to vote neutral). When writing titles for media like games, films, TV shows, and publications, please remember to italicize them. This is done by placing two straight apostrophes (not quotation marks or curly apostrophes) on both sides of the title, or clicking on the I icon above the text box and typing out the title. For example, typing out ''[[Super Mario Bros.]]'' generates Super Mario Bros. If you are using a device that uses curly ("smart") punctuation, you may need to disable this function in your device's settings to be able to type out the correct apostrophes. It's an easy mistake to make, and I'm guilty of doing that myself, but the way to check what kind of file they are is to right-click and select "save image as."
