Flashfright is a 1-vs.-3 minigame in Mario Party 7.

Overview[edit]

The minigame opens with the team players being chased into a castle courtyard by the solo player.[1]

As the team players move around, the solo player tries to catch them using their spotlight. If a team player is caught, a Fly Guy removes them from the minigame. If the team players avoid detection up until time runs out, they win, but if the solo player wins if they catch every team player.

In the ending, the solo player does their animation for winning as the team players are removed by Fly Guys. If the team wins, the solo player exits the courtyard after looking around, while the team players perform their winning animations.

The minigame title combines "flashlight" and "fright."
