A Broken Wheel is an offensive item in Mario Kart Arcade GP 2. As most offensive items in the game, once the player locks on to the opponent, it homes in on them. This item causes the opponent to first stop, as many items do. The opponent then loses control of the kart. After a while, the effect goes away.
