On pages 232 to 233 of The Art of Super Mario Odyssey cover concept art for the Bubblainians, and they include design documents and notes for this character. On the left page, work is simply titled "Coach Designs". On the bottom right corner of page 233 there is a Note that reads: >Go to the beach volleyball court to get one-on-one lessons from the full-time COACH. It can be seen here.
