Tunnel to the Dark Side of the Moon is the twelfth course in the Story Mode of Super Mario Maker 2. It is set in the underground theme and in the Super Mario Bros. 3 style. It is posted by Mischievous Mole, and has a difficulty rating of 2/4 stars. Completing this course in Story Mode awards Mario 150 Coins.

The level begins with a Buzzy Beetle on the ceiling and a few Piranha Plants. Afterwards, Mario must enter a Warp Pipe to reemerge in an upside-down version of the level. Mario can jump and hit a ?
