RE: Mini Mario & Friends Worlds[edit]

I think doing a joint project would be a great idea! I'm not exactly the best at writing articles either, but I'll take a look at the Star World article you made and see if anything needs fixing. I have to go to class in a little bit and I get back really late, so I may or may not be on tonight again depending on how tired I am. LuigiMaster123's signature icon. LuigiMaster123 20:17, 13 February 2018 (EST)

I'm back! I was wondering if you would be okay with splitting the worlds into halves (ie, I could make Barrel Blast Jungle to Balloon Float Castle and you could make Mushroom Hills to Star World or something like that.) Let me know what you think. LuigiMaster123's signature icon. LuigiMaster123 02:35, 14 February 2018 (EST)
Yeah, both the normal and gold versions can be found here. LuigiMaster123's signature icon. LuigiMaster123 02:44, 14 February 2018 (EST)
I think creating a separate page for the main levels would be a good idea, but it could be something like List of Main Levels in Mini Mario & Friends: amiibo Challenge or something like that instead of just Main Levels. LuigiMaster123's signature icon. LuigiMaster123 16:57, 17 February 2018 (EST)
Since the main levels are all pretty separated from each other in-game, I think treating it as a list is the best choice. LuigiMaster123's signature icon. LuigiMaster123 21:51, 17 February 2018 (EST)
BTW, for the next worlds you create, I would recommend making the table using the coding that I used in the first five worlds (Level first, then Preview, Description, and Enemies and obstacles encountered), to be consistent. I have already fixed this up for Gravity Galaxy and Star World. LuigiMaster123's signature icon. LuigiMaster123 18:31, 25 February 2018 (EST)

RE: About the surfing images[edit]

I just refreshed Special:NewFiles. I think we were both working on the same thing at the same time without knowing. XD Anyways, the current edits I have done are sufficient. Thanks for the 3DS version screenshot. --Wildgoosespeeder (talk) (Stats - Contribs) 21:29, 17 February 2018 (EST)

RE: Mario Open redirect[edit]

I believe I created that because that is what Mario Golf for Nintendo 64 says the course name is in Tournament mode. When you start the tournament, Mario Star is the first hole. Also, the logos look similar (practice vs. tournament). --Wildgoosespeeder (talk) (Stats - Contribs) 10:31, 22 February 2018 (EST)

Hold up there[edit]

Whenever I hear someone say "Super Mario," they always mean the form, not the series. So if anything's gonna be moved there, it should be that. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 23:34, 9 March 2018 (EST)

Well, I can’t move anything until an admin deletes the destination pages. There is the option of adding the form to the {{about}} template at the top of the page, but we have a bit of time to reach an agreement on what to move: this, this, or this.
Well since the form is what's going to be the intent when someone someone searches "Super Mario" by a wide margin, it should be what gets the main non-identifiered version. Whenever I ask people off-site what Super Mario is, they say "the big Mario." Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 23:41, 9 March 2018 (EST)
Just to be safe, I think we should move Super Mario (disambiguation). -YFJ (talk · edits) 23:44, 9 March 2018 (EST)
That's probably the absolute safest thing to do, yes. I thought it was one prior, guess not. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 23:51, 9 March 2018 (EST)
Anyways, building off of what Porple said in his talk page, a "general consensus" can't be built in twenty minutes. You need to have input from a variety of people, and in my time zone it's almost 11:00 PM. People keep various schedules and are from all around the world. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 23:59, 9 March 2018 (EST)
Okay, I see. I guess I was just oblivious of the fact that I was talking with only one guy. Well, the disambiguation page has now been moved. -YFJ (talk · edits) 00:03, 10 March 2018 (EST)
Technically, two people. Both of whom spoke only once. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 00:33, 10 March 2018 (EST)

Beanie[edit]

One was an enemy that has appeared in three fairly-popular games. The other is a projectile used rarely by one boss in one largely-unpopular game. So the M&L one could probably have kept the identifier. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 23:39, 20 June 2018 (EDT)

That may be true, although we don't judge identifiers by popularity as far as I know. And if I remember correctly, the Beanies in YNI were regular enemies as well as projectiles. Also, three M&L games? I only know of one (not counting Dream Team, as that has Gold Beanies). -YFJ (talk · edits) 23:58, 20 June 2018 (EDT)
