It is the second level to be found on the north side of the [[Music Box World]]. It becomes accessible, along with [[The Vast Plain]], after [[Wario]] finds the Ax of Destruction in [[Out of the Woods]] and cuts down the tree that blocks the paths leading to those levels.

This level, along with [[The Vast Plain]], becomes accessible after [[Wario]] acquires the Axe from [[Out of the Woods]]' Gray Chest, which is used to chop the large tree that blocks the way to those levels.


The level itself is set in a small village near the coast. There is a main area which consists of wooden buildings and roads with street lamps that switch on at night. The buildings can be entered (if nothing like a closed door blocks the way) and they are shown to have electric light and basements. Several [[Fire Robota]] can be found on the roofs of the houses. There is also a sewer beneath the village, filled with brittle pipelines and water, and guarded by a [[Robo-Mouse]]. The village roads are patrolled by [[Doughnuteer]]s, but when the sun sets, [[Zombie]]s emerge from the ground and haunt the place. If Wario gets bitten by an undead, he turns into [[Zombie Wario]]. The light of the street lamps can revert him to his original form, though.

The Colorless Mountain Slate is the first treasure Wario can find in The Peaceful Village, but if he hopes to obtain the [[Key|Gray Key]] that unlocks the [[Treasure Chest|Gray Treasure Chest]], he has to either become [[Zombie Wario]] to fall through the thin platforms in the middle of the level (night) or use the Doughnuteers to become [[Fat Wario]] and break the solid pink blocks left of those platforms (day). The Gray Treasure Chest itself can be found on the second floor of one of the buildings, guarded by a Fire Robota.

After Wario found this and the other fragment of the Mountain Slate which is hidden in The Vast Plain, a cutscene commences. The two fragments fly to the gate at the foot of a hill on the worldmap and form a stone tablet. This stone tablet then fits into the keyhole of the gate, which opens it. The gate then disappears, and Wario is permitted to access the [[Desert Ruins]] on the west side of the Music Box World.

The Gray Key is below a thin platform from one of the houses at the top. To get there, Wario must first go up the ladder to the right and then up the ladder to the left, while avoiding the [[Doughnuteer]]s (day) or [[zombie]]s (night) and a [[Para-Goom]] on the way. Once Wario collects the Fantastic Flute from [[The Stagnant Swamp]] and plays on the instrument, snakes will awaken throughout the land and rise from their jars. One of these snakes can help Wario to get the treasure from the Red Treasure Chest. By jumping on the snake's head, the player can reach the rooftop of the village buildings, from which he can reach the Red Key and the door leading to the resting place of the Red Treasure Chest. The chest is guarded by a Doghnuteer, which Wario has to use to reach the treasure.

The Expensive Glass is an optional treasure and can be obtained after Wario played on the Fantastic Flute from The Stagnant Swamp. From the rooftops he is able to reach the eastern district of the village. Alternatively he can also use the high-jump after he found the Jumping Boots. In the east part he can find a door which is only open at night. Inside the building is a vast room filled with defect lamps that will drop bolts of electricity at Wario. He has to navigate through the room, using the [[Invisible Wario|invisibility potion]] of [[Arewo Shitain-hakase|Mad Scienstein]]. In the building's basement, the Green Treasure Chest awaits the treasure hunter.

The Plate of Day and Night is located in the Blue Tresure Chest, which can be found in the sewers of the village. To get there, Wario first needs to collect the Steel Overalls from the [[Castle of Illusions]], to use a stronger [[Ground Pound]] that shakes the earth. Using this technique, Wario can move the [[Lumpy (enemy)|Lumpy]] which blocks the access to the sewers. Underneath the village, Wario finds himself in a place full of water and pipelines. The Robo-Mouse that can be found here chases Wario and throws him out if it catches him. Wario has to escape its pursuit by breaking through the pipelines and finding the Blue Treasure Chest and its Key before getting caught.

N2 The Peaceful Village

The Peaceful Village is the second level on the northern side of the music box world in Wario Land 3. This level, along with The Vast Plain, becomes accessible after Wario acquires the Axe from Out of the Woods' Gray Chest, which is used to chop the large tree that blocks the way to those levels.

The level takes place in a small village consisting of a few houses above a substructure. Each of the houses contain at least one door that can be entered, and only one of the houses has a pipe. One of the houses has a door that only opens at night, though there is a secret entrance to this house so it can be visited in the day. There is also a sewer beneath the village, filled with brittle pipelines and water, where there is a Robo-Mouse within.

Gray Chest: Blue Tablet[edit]

The Blue Tablet[1] is in the Gray Chest. It is available as soon as the level is unlocked.

In the room next to the snake vase, the Musical Coin is at the top-left. It is reachable by either bouncing on the Hammer-bot or to use Bouncy Wario triggered by that Hammer-bot.

After entering the pipe next to the Blue Chest and exiting to the main area, there are three Para-Gooms. The wall next to the middle Para-Goom is breakable, where a Musical Coin is on the way at the bottom-right. The path of breakable ground will lead to where the bottom Para-Goom is.

After entering the pipe next to the Blue Chest and exiting to the main area, there are three Para-Gooms. the wall next to the top Para-Goom is breakable via Super Smash, revealing a room. In this room, which is inside the house that is accessible through a door open only at night, there is a Musical Coin on the way.
