Ok first off click this ( the red text means it's a red link meaning the page doesn't exist) and add text to it. Also the sidebar you see on the top of the page [with Edit; History; User page (in this case)] is where you can navigate through mainspace, forum or userpages and their talk pages. LightningBlue
