After a bit of a rough landing, Luigi finds himself in the Hidden Room. This room is full of treasure chests, and the plumber begins opening them. The plumber is caught off guard, however, when he discovers a Flash ghost inside one of the chests. Using the Fire Element function on his Poltergust 3000, Luigi is able to defeat the apparition. Luigi hopes that was the only ghost in the room. No such luck, however, as the ghost-hunter has to capture three more Flash ghosts before the room brightens. When it does, Luigi notices three chests still unopened. He raids them all, and inside one of them is a Blue Jewel, a Green Jewel and a Red Jewel. Luigi rejoices at his good fortune, and after celebrating, he uses the same mousehole to transport him back into the Butler's Room.

The Hidden Room is an optional room found in Area Two of Luigi's Mansion. It can be accessed by inspecting the mouse hole in the Butler's Room with the Game Boy Horror, activating a warp that will suck Luigi through said hole.

Once Luigi arrives in the Hidden Room, he sees several red treasure chests and begins to open them. One of the chests has a Flash ghost inside, so Luigi defeats it with a Fire Element. After Luigi captures three more Flash ghosts, the room brightens, and Luigi can open the three remaining chests as well as a new green chest to obtain a Blue Stone, a Green Stone and a Red Stone.

Description[edit]

The Hidden Room is a small room with eight treasure chests, including the one Luigi receives for brightening the room. The room's floor and walls are golden and as such the entire room sparkles with gold dust, like the Sealed Room. During the Blackout, Luigi can come back here and capture a Speedy Spirit. Two vases are also located in the room, as well as a mirror on the south wall that can be seen with the Game Boy Horror.

In the PAL Hidden Mansion, Luigi finds Ghost Guys instead of Flashes.
