World 7 (Cloud Castle Courtyard) is the seventh world in the game New Super Mario Bros. Wii. It is one of the most difficult worlds in the game. The area is sky themed and contains many clouds and high cliffs. However, it does contain several enemies in its stages, and is often abundant in items (mostly Ice Flowers, Fire Flowers, and Propeller Mushrooms). Ludwig von Koopa himself is the boss of the world, and the players will see him on the roof of a fort he built with traps. The Enemy Course in this area contains a single Lakitu that throws Spinies.

Levels
The following enemies make their first appearance in a level of World 7:
construction
7
This level has different colored spinning blocks which move fast, while others move slow. Also, colorful moving pipes are scattered around, along with a lot Piranha Plants.

7
This area features Giant Bubbles that Mario can swim in. It is also the only area to feature normal Chain Chomps. Other obstacles include Bullet Bills.

7
There are Fuzzies and Mega Fuzzies on this level. There are a lot of platforms that move on rails, along with the Fuzzies.

7
The first part of this level contains a large platform similar to the one first seen in World 1-2. It can be controlled by tilting the Wii Remote left or right as it travels upward. The player is given an Ice Flower during this part of the level. Bullet Bills shoot from cannons on the sides of the level, and run into each other in the middle of the screen, and as the player gets closer to the top of the first part of the level, Banzai Bills will be shot from the right side. The second part of the level has the same platform with Bob-ombs replacing Bullet Bills.

Once the player reaches the end of the level, he will battle Ludwig von Koopa. Ludwig will shoot a magic fireball out of his wand and jump and do a flutter that's similar to Yoshi's flutter jump. In the second part of the stage, there is a secret exit from one of the walls on the right side. This leads to World 7-6.

7
The last Ghost House is the only one to feature Broozers. Crowbers also appear outside the Ghost House near the  end of the level.

Enemy Course
*A Lakitu
Mario and co. will have to jump on the Checkered Blocks to reach the Toad bubbles. A Lakitu and the Spinies will have to be avoided.

7
This is a level very reminiscent to 7-1, except instead of moving blocks, there are moving pipes. The main feature in this level are the pipes that move up and down. Common enemies are Bullet Bills, and Piranha Plants. Banzai Bills also make an appearance here. There are also platforms that when the player hits a gray block and turns the Wii Remote left or right, the platforms will head to the direction that the Wii Remote is tilted.

7
This level is the only one to feature Foos. Goombas, Koopa Troopas, Paragoombas, and Microgoombas, also appear here.

7
This level can only be accessed after the players find the secret exit in 7-Fortress. In this level, there are Para-Beetles and Heavy Para-Beetles. Because there may not be any ground for the players, they will have to ride on the Para-Beetles to advance. There is also one lone Yoshi at the beginning of the level. Clearing the level will create a shortcut to the boss door of the castle.

7
In this level, there are numerous spiked pillars (forty in total) that the player will have to avoid. They all vary in size and speed. Sledge Bros. also make an appearance here.

There is also a shortcut that will take the player directly to the boss door, but it can only be accessed by clearing World 7-6.

Ludwig von Koopa is fought again here. However, the fight takes place on three moving platforms.

World 7, also known as the Cloud World,[1] is the seventh world in New Super Mario Bros. Wii. It is sky themed and contains many clouds and high cliffs. It appears to take place above World 1, due to its mushroom-like hills. However, it does contain several unique enemies in its stages, and is highly abundant in items (mostly Ice Flowers, Fire Flowers, and Propeller Mushrooms). Ludwig von Koopa is the boss of the world, and he is fought in World 7-Tower and World 7-Castle. The Enemy Course in this area contains a single Lakitu that throws Spinies on a stage with Jump Blocks. There are also various Toad Houses, including two yellow ones that contain Stars. It has nine levels and a total of eleven exits.

The following enemies make their first appearance in a level of World 7:

The background music for World 7 was remixed as the background music for World 6 in Puzzle & Dragons: Super Mario Bros. Edition.
