Skyworld (Japanese: Tenkuukai), based on Angel Land, is Pit's homeland from Kid Icarus, and is a stage in Super Smash Bros. Brawl with a statue the goddess, Palutena, in the background. It has fragile platforms that may be destroyed by powerful attacks. It is even possible for the main platform to get destroyed, turning the level into a stage of cloud platforms, which can be dropped through by pressing down on the Control Stick. However, the platforms will regenerate in a short while. It is located in the Super Smash Bros. World and is a level in the Subspace Emissary.

In the Subspace Emissary, Pit had been watching the fight at Midair Stadium when the Subspace Army attacked. After it was taken into Subspace, Palutena appears, gives Pit Palutena's Bow, and sends him on his way. As Pit explores the sky, he finds the Halberd deploying the Subspace Army. He fights them off, then comes across Mario. He revives him from his trophy form and teams up with him. They eventually see the Halberd flying away, and an Arwing chasing it. This Arwing is Fox McCloud's Arwing that Diddy Kong would later discover when they confront Rayquaza in The Lake.

Trivia
*Despite this being Pit's home stage, this may be one of the worst stages for Pit. His Palutena's arrows, one of his most strategic attacks, can't go through the stage floor. Unfortunately, the same is true for the centurions.
