Inside a Yellow Toad house, [[Toadsworth]] will make a large [[? Block]] appear. When [[Mario]] or [[Luigi]] hits this block, a [[Mega Mushroom]] will appear and replace any item already in the player's inventory.

These Toad Houses can sometimes be found behind [[Star Gates]], accessible by paying five [[Star Coins]]. They may also appear if, in any level, the player reaches the [[flagpole]] with X77, X88, or X99 seconds remaining, X being anything.
