In the Game & Watch Gallery games, Mr. Game & Watch appears along with many of the Mario cast. The difference is that Mr. Game & Watch is only playable in the classic versions of the games, while the Mario characters are playable in the modern versions. Mr. Game & Watch also appeared in Super Smash Bros. Melee with the rest of the Mario cast. Mr. Game & Watch also appears in WarioWare: Touched! and WarioWare: Smooth Moves.

In Wario Land 4, Princess Shokora runs the item shop in disguise as a stick figure that resembles Mr. Game & Watch.
