Sir Swoop.
Sir Swoop is a Swooper that fights at the Glitz Pit in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. After a few rounds he will come into the Minor League room and Mario can talk to him. Like the other characters Mario meets in the Pit's locker rooms, they have no real use other than cheap advice.
He never appears again not even after Mario comes back to the Glitz Pit.
